PH 3000 TR
The special system for locomotive and train cleaning:
Locomotives, bogies, freight wagons and other rail vehicles became washed automatically, fast, gently and thoroughly. Complex contours can be also easy learned and washed by the integrated Teach-In-Control.
PH 3000 TR standard-equipment:
- 13 hydraulic driven high-pressure heads, thereof 5 on each side as well as 3 contained in the roof beam
- height-adjustable and up to 180° pivoted high pressure bars used for front, roof and rear-wash
- high pressure with up to 120 bar water pressure by a temperature of 70° Celsius
- zone-dependent pressure control to wash for example sensitive areas of assemblies with reduced water pressure
- varying speed of washing by frequency converter-controlled traction motors
- microprocessor control with water protected switchboard, mountable at any given point
- drive motors in Heavy-Duty-design for a high density of washing
- preliminary sparkling program with an active foam arch, 2 different use of cleaner
- Teach-In function to enter the contour of different vehicle profiles
- movable underbody wash with chemical arch and high-pressure heads
- manual remote control of the system by tablet via WLAN
- automatically integrated central lubrication for ball bearings
