Disinfection system for waste water in low-maintenance design:
The UV-system UV 3-155 is a special system developed for sterilization of the water from
vehicles wash system.
The UV-system operates unpressurised and tolerant to contamination. By a special process
engineering a constant radiographic of the water will be achieved by UV-light. The engaged
special tubes don’t touch the medium so they don´t get polluted. Through it the system is low
maintenance and reliable.
Even the sterilization of turbidity water is possible by the special system, a basic prerequisite
for operation with industrial waste water accumulate from vehicle wash systems.
Treatment capacity: 3 till 20 m³ / h according to the configuration
UV3-155 standard-equipment:
- an optimized construction of the UV disinfection system for waste water to reduce germs in the washing water. Low-maintenance design without media engulfed emitters
- lamp power: 165 W
- main line of the range: 254 nm
- radiant power UVC: 54 W corresponds 200 W / m2
- this corresponds 720 kJ / m2 irradiations
- buffer equipped with a special submersible pump for the circulation, low-maintenance designed as a continuous operation
- controlled by time switch for the programming of the circulation times
