The fully automatic underbody washing for high demands:
Movable nozzle rack with 4 hydraulically driven high-pressure heads to clean the underbody of cars, busses, trucks, vans and other vehicles. The cleaning of the surfaces is optimized by the rotating heads. Automatic activation by light barrier or inductive loop.
RCWA standard-equipment:
- movable wash racks made of stainless steel integrated in the washing-pit
- 4 hydraulically driven high-pressure heads, rotation speed independently adjustable from water-pressure, rotation direction of the heads in direction of the nozzles to optimize the cleaning
- Chemical pre-wash arch
- Nozzle arch for pit-cleaning
- Water consumption 240 l / min per 25 bar, other flow rates and pressures available on request maximum working pressure 120 bar
- special energy chain, in open design, dirt resistant
- fully automatic washing sequences with 50 different vehicle profiles
- stepless adjustable washing speed by frequency converters
- Control cabinet equipped with microprocessor control and soft starter for the highpressure pump
